Our application collects location data to enable core navigation, tracking, and dispatching features for drivers and riders, even when the app is running in the background or closed (if background permission is granted).

• For Drivers: We collect real-time precise location data to:

  • Route you efficiently to pick-up and drop-off destinations.

  • Allow riders to view your real-time position and estimated time of arrival (ETA).

  • Calculate accurate fare rates, trip distances, and navigation metrics.

  • Ensure user safety and monitor trip completion.

• For Riders: We collect precise location data to:

  • Identify your current pickup position accurately.

  • Show available nearby drivers and estimate arrival times.

  • Track trip progress and share route details with designated emergency contacts or customer support if requested.

• Background Location Access:

  • Location data is collected in the background to ensure continuous turn-by-turn navigation for drivers during active trips and to provide accurate live tracking to riders, even if the app is minimized or the device screen is turned off.

• Data Sharing & Security:

  • Location data is transmitted securely to our servers and shared strictly between matched drivers and riders for the duration of the active service or ride.

  • We do not sell, rent, or monetize your location data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
